The Management reserves the right to admit or refuse students seeking admission to the school. Similarly, the Management decides when the question of retaining a student in the school arises. Registration forms can be obtained from the school office on payment of Rs.500/- Cheque / Demand draft in favour of Naseeba Hill Academy, payable at Dehra Dun. Admissions to all classes are based on Entrance Test and interaction with the student and his parents. A parent or guardian of the student must ensure that the following documents are absolutely necessary at the time of registration for admission:


  • A photocopy of the Original Municipal/Cantt. Board/Gram Pradhan Birth Certificate. (Certificates issued by the Nursing Homes/Hospitals will not be accepted).
  • Registration charges will be Rs 10,000.
  • Two recent passport size photographs of the child (one to be pasted on the Registration form and the other on the Registration card).
  • One recent passport size photograph of the child with his parents to be pasted on the registration form.
  • A certificate from a registered medical practitioner stating the child’s physical condition and dates of immunization against infectious contagious diseases and indicating allergies or recurring illnesses, along with a photocopy of the immunization card.
  • No child less than five years of age or more than six years by the beginning of the school academic year is admitted to Class I.
  • A student joining Class II or above cannot be admitted unless his previous recognized school’s Transfer Certificate is produced. The Transfer Certificate should be countersigned by the Secretary, Council for the Indian School Certificate Examination, New Delhi/ the Inspector of Schools in the state where the school is situated, if the state is other than Uttarakhand.
  • The admission fee, tuition fee and development charges will not be refunded under any circumstances or situations.
  • All admissions will be based strictly on the merit of the candidates. Any effort to seek admission by offering a donation to the school or by some recommendation will debar a student from getting admission.
